Return policy

You have the right to cancel and return your order for up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. You can let us know through us contact form Or by email (hello@ecogents.com). You will then receive the purchase amount refunded. The costs for returning the return of the package to us are for your account.

Please note: because we are against waste and want to be a green company, we want to have as little (freight) cars as possible driving for nothing. That is why we take a lot of photos of every item of clothing and we also always mention the measurements in centimeters with all articles, you can compare this with a garment of yourself that you fit well. This way you can estimate in advance whether the item of clothing will fit and no packages do not have to be sent back and forth unnecessarily.

If you use your right of withdrawal, you can return the product to us:

We will then refund the order amount due within 3 days of receiving your return provided that the product has been returned in good order.

Please note: if you only return part of your order and the original purchase amount (to be eligible for free shipping costs) becomes less than € 75, we will deduct part of the shipping costs (€ 3.95) to the amount to be returned.
